    Take NOTE!

    The March 31st meeting will be at a brand new location.

    Day Block Brewery on Washington Ave has graciously offered to host the remaining 2014 RUM events in their second floor event space.The great news about this new location it that is very accessible; there are elevators to the second floor and tons of parking.

    Fellow RUMMIES, please send a note of thanks to the crew at SmartThings/Refactr for the use of their space over the last few years. They've been very generous with their time and space. As a group we are grateful for their support.

    Rosie Hoyem
    Rosie and her fellow Flatiron School classmate managed to get a talk accepted for RailsConf in Chicago next month. The title will be "Build the API First" and the talk that we pitched included an exploration into apps where Rails-API with ActiveModel::Serializers. She wants to give us a 15 minute taste of their RailsConf talk.
